Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education:Candidates should have standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related industry.

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements
,prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, review candidate inventories. - The candidate should contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- The candidate should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, supervise personnel clerks, perform filing, typing and record-keeping dutiesasing contracts and accept payment by cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit.
