Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Human resources software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet
Own tools/equipment: Internet access, Cellular phone
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check

- The candidates should be able to negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, mediate labour disputes and grievances
- The candidates should be able to research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales, administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
- The candidates should be able to hire, train and supervise staff
