Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field engineering and science
Experience: Candidates should have experience in auditing safety and HSE management systems

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have creativity and a desire not to be bound by past solutions, thinking creatively to drive efficiency throughout the organization
  • The candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively and handle a range of responsibilities while prioritizing multiple tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate ability in Health and Safety or safety management in a manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and at least 5 years of experience and experience working with regulatory agencies
  • The candidates should possess strong planning, interpersonal, and communication skills and be bilingual, fluent in both French and English

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify and present operational risks within the plant and develop business strategies to mitigate these risks and develop and maintain performance indicators to guide plant EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) results
  • The candidates should be able to act as the primary contact for working with Kraft Heinz Legal and Communications regarding incidents that could compromise brand integrity and share and implement initiatives across multiple departments of the plant
  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain processes and tools to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and assist the plant in meeting these requirements and provide training, mentoring, and coaching to all employees to support the creation of an accident-free culture and ensure employee contribution to improving EHS performance
  • The candidates should be able to own and implement the facility’s ESS (Environmental, Social, and Sustainability) activity plans, ensuring follow-up actions are developed and implemented for process improvement and adopt Kraft Heinz Management System principles to support organizational change and develop a zero-incident culture
  • The candidates should be able to take ownership of the implementation of Kraft Heinz’s employee and environmental management system and manage ESS audits and action plans
  • The candidates should be able to lead and participate in environmental and social governance initiatives, such as energy conservation and waste reduction and manage the ministry’s operating budget
  • The candidates should be able to manage and evaluate the Department’s staff, including performance management and employee development and carry out Gemba walks and ensure a daily presence in the plants
  • The candidates should be able to responsible for defining and driving the annual planning cycle to deliver significant ESS improvement targets
