Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, be organized in their tasks and responsibilities, and demonstrate reliability in their work
- The candidates should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to investigate and resolve complaints and claims, register arriving guests, assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations
- The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, general information about points of interest in the area, and assist clients/guests with special needs
- The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges, receive payments, balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- The candidates should be able to follow emergency and safety procedures, perform clerical duties (e.g., faxing, filing, photocopying), answer telephone and relay calls and messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties and provide customer service
