Candidate Status:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, process group arrivals and departures, and assign rooms
  • The candidates should be able to take, cancel, and change room reservations as well as provide general information about points of interest in the area
  • The candidates should be able to investigate and resolve compaints and claims, process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and follow emergency and safety procedures
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service
