Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Supervision: 5-10 people
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be a combination of sitting, standing and walking
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to assign sales workers to duties also hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- The candidate should be able to establish work schedules also sell merchandise
- The candidate should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters also organize and maintain inventory
- The candidate should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages also supervise and coordinate activities of workers
