Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and be skilled at working under pressure
- The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks and experienced in handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit to handle demanding tasks and possess a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be proficient in bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dedicated to client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing situations
- The candidates should be highly organized and exhibit reliability in their work
- The candidates should be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment, or delivery, and carry customer’s purchases to the parking lot, packing orders in customers’ vehicles
- The candidates should be able to obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom, direct customers to the location of articles sought, and unpack products received by the store, counting, weighing, or sorting items
- The candidates should be able to record incoming stock, stock shelves and display areas, and keep stock clean and in order
- The candidates should be able to price items using stamps or stickers according to the price list, perform general cleaning duties (i.e., sweeping, mopping floors), operate an electric palette jack, and handle order picking
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
