Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in fruit and vegetable combination farming
- The candidates should be engaged in other miscellaneous crop farming
- The candidates should be involved in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato)
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be accustomed to wet/damp working conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be tolerant of odours associated with farming activities
- The candidates should be capable of working in hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in cold/refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, and skilled in managing tight deadlines
- The candidates should have experience with repetitive tasks, be capable of handling heavy loads, and be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail, have excellent hand-eye coordination, and demonstrate the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, proficient in walking as part of job requirements, and flexible with bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should exhibit manual dexterity in their work

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, perform vegetable culling, and examine produce for quality, preparing for the market
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry, and set/monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports
