Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Specialization or experience: Green economy sector, and Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and possess knowledge in miscellaneous crop farming
- The candidates should be familiar with other vegetables and melon farming (except potato) and be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be tolerant of odors associated with farming activities and able to work in dusty conditions
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the crops and perform greenhouse cleaning
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops and clean the work area
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, perform budding trees, and cut horticultural crops
