Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, willing to work at heights, and able to work in confined spaces
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments and in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, physically fit to meet the demands of the job, and able to lift loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist heavy equipment operators and in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work and operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials
