Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a client focus and possess excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should possess excellent written communication skills
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, and take, cancel, and change room reservations
- The candidate should be able to provide information on hotel facilities, services, and general information about points of interest in the area
- The candidate should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges, receive payments, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- The candidate should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide excellent customer service
