Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to leverage their knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to answer questions and provide information to clients. They should partner with their Financial Advisor to assist clients in meeting their financial goals
  • They should be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills by actively listening, asking questions, and empathizing with the client’s perspective. The candidate should act like an owner, taking accountability for client issues, and knowing when to collaborate with others to find effective solutions
  • The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules. They should contribute to team success by improving team productivity and proactively uncovering business opportunities
