Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of post-secondary education in finance or accounting
Experience: Candidates should have one or more years of financial experience in accounts payable and account reconciliation in a professional office setting

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be aware that a Criminal Record Check (CRC) and be willing to work on-site

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have secondary school graduation or equivalent AND one (1) year related work experience OR, an equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience
  • The candidates should have experience in basic accounting, bookkeeping, or other similar financial work AP entry, reconciliation, accounts receivable processing and banking
  • The candidates should have experience providing customer service and have financial experience working in a bank or financial institution
  • The candidates should ideally have experience in the AP Module of CFS Oracle (Corporate Financial System) and experience in electronic records management systems TRIM and EDRMS
