Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Forms and records, invoices, contracts, correspondence, and advertising
Area of work experience: Immigration
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Adobe Photoshop, social media, MS Word, database software, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, electronic mail, desktop publishing software, and WordPress
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks involving sitting
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate efficiency, exhibit an energetic attitude, and be hardworking while maintaining a positive attitude
- The candidates should be quick learners, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and punctual
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, and work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
- The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and send and receive messages
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, provide general information to clients and the public, and photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, perform data entry, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to file material in the storage area, label files according to retention and disposal schedules, and label, file, and retrieve documents
- The candidates should be able to organize and schedule office work and store, update, and retrieve financial data
