Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexible with work schedules, which may include 12-hour shifts, a 5-day work week, occasional weekends, and night shifts
- The candidates should be willing to participate in alternating on-call coverage, which may include occasional weekends, holidays, and night calls and working overtime
- The candidates should be located in or willing to self-relocate to the territory, with no relocation support
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared for a field-based role with 80% service responsibilities and 20% selling
- The candidates should have a College Diploma or higher education and possess a valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to participate in training to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and other equipment used in commercial foodservice or laundry operations
- The candidates should be able to develop their territory by jointly selling alongside distributor representatives
- The candidates should be able to deliver exceptional service to enhance customer retention and provide superior customer service
