- The candidates should be physically fit to manage demanding tasks, capable of handling heavy loads as required, and able to stand for extended periods during work shifts

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units thoroughly
- The candidates should be able to operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware efficiently, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand meticulously
- The candidates should be able to place dishes in the storage area neatly and organized, and replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas promptly
- The candidates should be able to scour pots and pans effectively to maintain cleanliness, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness, and remove kitchen garbage and trash promptly
- The candidates should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used accurately, balance daily transactions accurately, and package take-out food securely and neatly
- The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods appropriately, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items following established procedures, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit accurately and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs proficiently, and handle and store cleaning products safely and according to guidelines
- The candidates should be able to take customers’ orders accurately and courteously, receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas efficiently, and prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods proficiently
