Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, as required by the nature of the work, demonstrating physical endurance alongside adaptability
- The candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, replenishing condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, keep records of the quantities of food used, and package take-out food
- The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars, take customers’ orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- The candidates should be able to remove kitchen garbage and trash, sharpen kitchen knives, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- The candidates should be able to wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in kitchen and dining area maintenance
