Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, tractor, lift truck, planting equipment, and hand tools
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and in hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp conditions and in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments while maintaining productivity and focus
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while working under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads, demonstrating physical capability for demanding tasks
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination, the ability to distinguish between colors, and attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
- The candidates should have sound discrimination skills and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required, and comfortable with sitting and capable of walking for extended periods

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform clipping, grading, and suckering as required
- The candidates should be able to clean greenhouses, hoe crops, and pick stones and/or wood
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, irrigate crops, and harvest them efficiently
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment effectively
- The candidates should be able to detect diseases and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market with precision
