Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be familiar with viticulture practices
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and able to work under pressure, capable of handling heavy loads, and comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should also be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform deleafing and suckering, maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to weed and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
