Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize working safely at all times as a must
- The candidates should have knowledge of packaging, cooking, and breading equipment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a full complement of personal/professional hand tools
- The candidates should demonstrate interaction and communication skills with employees at all levels
- The candidates should possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- The candidates should have Electrician license
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to install, troubleshoot, and repair complex production equipment with minimum supervision
- The candidates should be able to enhance equipment performance by recommending improvements and implementing them
- The candidates should be able to be capable of working from drawings, written or verbal instructions, and sketches
- The candidates should be able to be proficient in troubleshooting and identifying mechanical/electrical problems
- The candidates should be able to operate production equipment and check its performance as required
- The candidates should be able to have a strong focus on PM (preventative maintenance) procedures in a 24-hour/day operation
- The candidates should be able to be proficient knowledge in the use of computerized maintenance management systems
- The candidates should be able to ensure all job-related operations are in compliance with GMPs, HACCP, WHMIS, and health & safety requirements
