Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assess children’s development and prepare tailored learning plans
  • The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, and assist in implementing child-care programs that support holistic development
  • The candidates should be able to lead activities, encourage creativity, and engage children through storytelling and crafts
  • The candidates should be able to observe children for signs of learning or behavioral issues, maintain records, and prepare reports for parents or supervisors
  • The candidates should be able to establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers, plan and maintain a safe environment for children, and supervise and coordinate activities of other educators and assistants
