Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a high school diploma/equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations, which is preferred
  • The candidates should have knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services, which is preferred
  • The candidates should be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training
  • The candidates should be able to operate in a PC windows environment
  • For candidates in the province of Quebec, they should be bilingual (French and English)

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface
  • The candidates should be able to perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations
  • The candidates should be able to promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible
