Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work and excel in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure

- The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services accurately and promptly, and arrange for refunds and credits in accordance with established policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to explain the type and cost of services offered clearly and transparently, receive and log complaints accurately, and ensure proper follow-up procedures
- The candidates should be able to answer clients’ inquiries and provide information promptly and accurately
