Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have obtain a current First Aid and CPR level C certification prior to commencing employment
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability and skills necessary to perform the duties listed above within a reasonable period of time
- The candidates should exhibit excellent safe working habits and demonstrate outstanding customer service
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should submit a current Police Clearance Certificate (dated within the last three months) from their local police service for approval by the Corporation
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to clean washrooms, showers, dressing rooms, and public areas to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patrons and staff
- The candidate should be able to vacuum all carpeted areas and wet/dry mop all hard floors to ensure cleanliness
- The candidate should be able to assist in cleaning snow, sand, or debris off entrance areas to maintain safety and cleanliness
- The candidate should be able to work scheduled hours in advance, which may include evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
- The candidate should be able to work primarily evenings and overnight shifts on weekends, as required for the Sanderson Centre
