Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a High School Diploma
Experience: Candidates should have two years of progressive station operations experience and be a subject matter expert for at least one of the field critical systems
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a remote reporting organization and be prepared for up to 100% travel
- The candidates should have time management and organizational skills that are critical
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have GED, with a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Education, Technology, or a related field
- The candidates should possess software skills, including the use of Microsoft Office software, web-based applications, and video conferencing tools
- The candidates should have technical acumen and the ability to learn new technical skills and understand complex systems
- The candidates should have verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and confidential information, and to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- The candidates should have presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and individuals
- The candidates should have systems knowledge and an understanding of potential failure points for troubleshooting
- The candidates should be able to anticipate and identify problems, use fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions, or escalate to IT, technical leads, or engineering
- The candidates should have the ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- The candidates should have a working knowledge of the Service Provider Model and knowledge of concepts, practices, policies, and procedures related to FXG and FHD operations routing systems
- The candidates should be bilingual in English and French Canadian preferred but not required for Canadian CSS
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide world-class service to the field and service providers in the support and education of current and future critical systems, including Dynamic Route Optimization (DRO), Preload Assist (PLA), Vision, Service Area Design (SAD), Plan Sort Date (PSD), Integrated Sortation System (ISS), Scheduler, and other mission-critical systems
- The candidates should be able to train, educate, and support station and district personnel in best practices for using these critical systems
- The candidates should be able to act as a front-line 24/7 district technical expert for first-tier system failure troubleshooting and support
- The candidates should be able to be on call or work overnight periodically to support field operations in the use of critical systems
