Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be interested in fruit and vegetable combination farming and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions while being able to tolerate hot temperatures
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prepared for repetitive tasks as part of the job, capable of handling heavy loads as required, and physically fit to meet the demands of the position
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods during work shifts, be familiar with bending, crouching, and kneeling as part of the job, and adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
