Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of customer-oriented business experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
- The candidates should be willing to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business
- The candidates should have the ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record and achieve a minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
- The candidates should have some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations and good interpersonal and communication skills
- The candidates should have good time management and organizational skills and excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route
- The candidates should be able to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service
- The candidates should be able to provide related customer service functions
