Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to high standards, ensuring quality and consistency
  • The candidates should be able to inspect kitchens and food service areas regularly, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards
  • The candidates should be able to train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food, imparting knowledge and best practices
  • The candidates should be able to order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient kitchen operations
  • The candidates should be able to supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance, support, and direction as required, while maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment for accuracy and organization
  • The candidates should be able to clean kitchen and work areas thoroughly, maintaining a sanitary and safe environment, and manage kitchen operations effectively, overseeing all aspects of food preparation, service, and quality control
