Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Credentials: Machinist Trade Certification, Tool and Die Maker Trade Certification, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables, repair machine tools and parts, and set up and adjust production machinery/tools
- The candidates should be able to fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments, and document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
- The candidates should be able to maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports, verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers), and compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out workpieces
- The candidates should be able to set up, operate, and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools, and verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
