Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Reports, Forms and records, Financial statements, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams, Contracts, Correspondence, Manuscripts, publications or theses, Shipping and receiving, and Advertising

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
- The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; send and receive messages
- The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare and format page presentation; compile data, statistics, and other information
- The candidates should be able to prepare invoices and bank deposits, provide general information to clients and the public; photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, conduct research, perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, file material in storage area, label files according to retention and disposal schedules
- The candidates should be able to label, file, and retrieve documents, locate and remove files requested, organize and schedule office work
