Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in oilseed (except soybean) and wheat farming
- The candidates should be able to work in hot, cold/refrigerated environments, and capable of working in all weather conditions
- The candidates should be comfortable with working in dirty environments
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of performing repetitive tasks, and able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, able to meet tight deadlines, and prepared for physically demanding tasks, demonstrating hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, with bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed, and prepared for a large workload
- The candidates should be able to discriminate sounds as required and willing to work overtime when required, comfortable sitting as needed, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be capable of walking as needed and capable of handling weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs), including more than 45 kg (100 lbs) when required

- The candidates should demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, show flexibility, and demonstrate good judgment
- The candidates should be organized, reliable team players who uphold values and ethics, and be quick learners

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers, cut agricultural crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and clean work areas
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, as well as harvest crops
