Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory and supervise the activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks
- The candidates should be able to create new recipes and prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
- The candidates should be able to supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
