Salary: $28.00 to $32.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Location: Penticton, BC
Shifts: Day, 08:00 to 16:30
Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Willing to travel and Public transportation is available
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Gloves, Ear plugs and Safety vest
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should have the physical stamina to manage physically demanding tasks, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail for tasks requiring precision
- The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and performing repetitive tasks efficiently

- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy, dependability, and reliability in their work
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, transport construction materials, and remove rubble and debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to erect, dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, barricades, and prepare work materials and supplies
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, spread materials, and clean, maintain the workspace
