Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidates should be competent in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the 7Rewards loyalty program
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all applicable health and sanitation requirements to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees
- The candidates should demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- The candidates should assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs and excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills
- The candidates should possess proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred, such as: Word, Excel)
- The candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience
- The candidates should have a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment
