- The candidate should be able to deliver high-quality teaching in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering courses
- The candidate should be able to develop and update course content to meet academic standards
- The candidate should mentor and engage with students in academic and research activities
- The candidate should be able to contribute to the ongoing development of the department’s curriculum
- The candidate should be able to participate in scholarly activities and research relevant to the field
