Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Persian
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, evaluate daily operations for improvement and optimization, and plan and organize daily operations to meet business goals
- The candidates should be able to manage staff effectively, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and decide on merchandise and services based on market analysis and customer preferences
- The candidates should be able to implement price and credits policies, develop marketing strategies, and plan budgets to ensure financial sustainability
- The candidates should be able to determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, and supervise office and volunteer staff efficiently
