Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility, 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties effectively and determine merchandise and services to be sold accurately
  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing strategies proficiently and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses meticulously
  • The candidates should be able to determine staffing requirements based on business needs and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, promptly and effectively
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations efficiently and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers with attention to detail
