Salary: $19.50 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Location: Cochrane, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 11-15 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • Candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and capable of working under pressure
  • Candidates should be skilled in handling repetitive tasks and attentive to detail
  • Candidates should also be able to stand for extended periods, showcasing their physical endurance

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be focused on client needs and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should be dependable, organized, and reliable
  • The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility and demonstrate a team player mentality

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and analyze budgets
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff
