Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Aquaculture — mussels, Mussel socking, harvesting, Stripping, and Cyster
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, in/on water, and in wet/damp conditions
- The candidates should be adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment and have experience in performing repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as part of their job requirements and be physically fit, able to meet the demands of a physically demanding role
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity, demonstrating skill and precision in tasks requiring hand coordination, and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs

- The candidates should exhibit dependability, consistently delivering reliable and high-quality work
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with clients and colleagues and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing work environments and tasks

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports
- The candidates should be able to operate, maintain, and clean pumps, filters, and other aquaculture equipment
- The candidates should be able to transport marine plants to processing plants
- The candidates should be able to assist aquaculture technicians in the operation of fish hatcheries or other aquatic farms
- The candidates should be able to participate in the harvesting of seedlings
