Work setting: Hospital (staff position), urban area and specialty hospital and acute care hospital
Security and safety: Bond required, criminal record should checked, child Abuse Registry checked, eligible for professional liability insurance, immunization records required and Tuberculosis test required
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Earned doctorate degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates need experience of 5 years or more
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Candidates must have Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification Examination and Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to Work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines, pay attention to detail, manually dexter, perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, walking, able to distinguish between colours and also for bending, crouching, kneeling and large workload
- The candidate should be physically strong, combination of sitting, standing, walking and also have hand-eye co-ordination
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client, in a flexible environment, in an organized way and also take initiative
- The candidate should be someone who can judge, dependable, reliable and also a team player
- The candidate should have accuracy, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness and also values and ethics
- The candidate should have working experience of research and also management
- The candidate should have specialization in clinical medicine like Anesthesiology and Pediatrics
- The candidate should be able to supervise more than 20 people
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to conduct medical research and also prepare research papers for publication and presentation
- The candidate should be able to act as consultants to other physicians and also co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff
- The candidate should be able to oversee the analysis of data and information, assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs and also co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- The candidate should be able to oversee the analysis of data and information and also plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
