Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience and knowledge of office administrative processes and procedures, including financial reconciliation and office expenditures

  • The candidates should be proficient in MS Office software, operating database systems, and internet web-based applications
  • The candidates should have knowledge of basic arithmetic
  • The candidates should be able to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and legislation.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to respond to and record inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to refer issues to appropriate staff
  • The candidates should be able to receive and review incoming files and materials to determine priorities
  • The candidates should be able to establish and maintain office filing systems, perform data input, extract and format data to prepare statistics and routine correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to maintain the reception area and waiting room, as well as office equipment
  • The candidates should be able to arrange meetings and coordinate appointments
  • The candidates should be able to assist in training and orientation
