Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Correspondence and Invoices
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, electronic mail

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinating the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support, work with minimal supervision, and provide customer services
