Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be organized, flexible, and reliable
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, and ability to multitask

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, including scheduling and confirming appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, establish and implement policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry and oversee payroll administration
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
