Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of specialization: Contracts, correspondence, invoices, and reports and records
Computer and technology knowledge: Microsoft Publisher, MS Word, electronic mail, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, QuickBooks, and MS Office
Security and safety: Bondable, basic security clearance, and credit check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and possess attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should perform tasks with accuracy and be dedicated to client focus

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments and maintain a filing system
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and prepare financial statements and reports
- The candidates should be able to train and supervise staff, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and coordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
- The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks
