Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have secondary school plus at least two-years of post-secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have two years of experience involving customer service as well as administrative experience in a donor-focused environment

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- The candidates should exercise diplomacy when dealing with the public, particularly donors, alumni, and volunteers
- The candidates should have knowledge of various software including Word, Excel, Access, Banner Advancement, FAST, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams, as well as HR forms
- The candidates should have some knowledge of research methods (print and digital)
- The candidates should be knowledgeable about general office practices
- The candidates should have strong organizational and administrative skills
- The candidates should possess a solid understanding of online systems
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to report to the Director, Advancement Services, as the public face of University Advancement
- The candidates should be able to take responsibility for receptionist and other administrative duties for the Department
- The candidates should be able to provide administrative and clerical support for the Department under the direction of the Departmental Administrator
- The candidates should be able to get involved with special department-wide initiatives from time to time
