Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: certificates, memberships, licenses, courses, first Aid Certificate

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to multitask effectively, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, and exhibit sound judgment
  • They should possess strong organizational skills, work well in a team environment, and maintain accuracy in their work
  • The candidates should prioritize client focus, demonstrate reliability, and effectively manage their time

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., establish and implement policies and procedures, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be capable of determining and establishing office procedures and routines, managing training and development strategies, and answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of employee data and information, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be skilled in overseeing the preparation of reports, advising senior management, and responding to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should also be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, perform data entry, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and conduct performance reviews
