Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure while demonstrating attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to work with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be organized, willing to collaborate and be a team player

Candidate Status:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange, coordinate, and manage seminars, conferences, and other events
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and supervise daily operations while implementing policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to record, prepare, and organize minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to establish, determine, and implement office procedures, routines, and protocols
  • The candidates should be able to handle appointment scheduling, confirmation, and management
  • The candidates should be able to efficiently manage incoming telephone calls, messages, and electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile, analyze, and organize data, statistics, and relevant information
  • The candidates should be able to manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, coordinate itineraries, and make necessary reservations
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring efficient information management
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and manage staff while executing related staffing actions
