Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure when necessary

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask efficiently and possess excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to various situations and requirements, and be team players fostering effective collaboration with colleagues
  • The candidates should demonstrate reliability in fulfilling their duties and commitments

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone, relay telephone calls, and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinate the flow of information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
