Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to 2 years

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining organization in their work habits, ensuring productivity and effectiveness

  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and coordinate the flow of information while setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. Additionally, they should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
