Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 years
Credentials: First Aid Certificate

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephones and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, advise senior management, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to maintain and manage digital databases and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
